To initiate a manual de-registration procedure you will be requested to complete a declaration form signed by:

• the IT responsible;
• the Purchasing responsible.

to declare that

• the license slot shall not be used in any way
• the hardware/software used for that license slot is beyond recovery

When you need the manual declaration request form, please contact support. Send the signed document to CSI tools where the request shall be validated based on the information provided. The declaration policy with full overview of all instructions is included in the deregistration form.
