Licensing: Installing CSI tools on Virtual Environments
PC licenses of the CSI tools applications do not support being installed on virtual environments. For this use case, a Client/Server license is required.

The Security Manifest file is the license file which contains the appropriate company and license information (for example: the amount of allowed registrations for your company) for a specific CSI tools application. When upgrading your applications, it's possible that a new manifest file is required. For this, please reach out to the support team.
If, due to exception circumstances, the current installation of your CSI tools applications cannot be unregistered, a manual procedure is available.
A Service Point for CSI tools is the main contact person within the customer's organization who coordinates the distribution of software and security manifest files. The Service Point provides the user with the required materials and information to start working with CSI tools applications. The Service Point is as such the "first line of help" to assist with license issues, installation problems or related questions in the organization. The Service Point should register on the website and will receive the appropriate access rights in our Customer Center to download the application installers/upgrader and relevant documentation.
