Make transparent fancy authorization reports easy!

The CSI Export to Excel is a VS.NET application and is freeware that can be used on top of the CSI Result Container and the CSI Authorization Auditor®.

Functionality

It allows you to export the data of the CSI Result Container and the CSI Authorization Auditor® to Excel. The data will be formatted in such a way that it becomes clear to the business users which user-ids have full control over a business process. It is an alternative / additional reporting for segregation of duties.

Features

CSI Export to Excel provides the following features:

• The application uses the process description of the CSI Authorization Auditor® filter set to define the different columns of the excel sheet

• The application fills the sheet with all the users that have the authorizations to perform this part of the process

• With special indictors the reader can see if the user has only authorizations values and/or the transaction codes and/or if approval is given for this authorization

• A second sheet is made with the definition of the queries used in the first sheet

• The application allows you to create different worksheets or different workbooks, depending on your organization structure.
